Los Angeles-based artist Tanner "
Racecar 13" Goldbeck is invading his natural habitat tonight, unveiling a collection of "not just painting selections, but helmets, skate decks, car hoods, drawings, screen prints… everything but the kitchen sink." Entitled "1099'd-Studio Daze," Goldbeck explains the show and title thusly:
I've come to understand that all projects bring influence and experience into the fine art paintings. What ends up on the gallery wall is only a small portion of the work that goes into the entire process. With this show, I am collecting all the threads together for a unique perspective. Everything is connected and classified under one category… the 1099 tax form…
"1099'd-Studio Daze" opens tonight (May 25th) with a reception from 7-11PM and runs through June 19th at the
