Clutter just announced their latest shop exclusive... and it's an awesome one! Ryan Rutherford of Brutherford Industries whipped up 25 exclusive 'Ice Scream Man' polyurethane figures in a super sweet "RADIOACTIVE RASPBERRY" edition and not only do these have a high-gloss black cone, but they sparkle and glow in the dark pink to boot!!!
