The back story on this creation is that he was walking down Las Vegas Boulevard and passed someone who was dressed in costume as Minnie Mouse, even down to the bright pink heels. When he returned and passed by later, Minnie Mouse's head was on the ground and a very nasty looking man who was still wearing the rest of Minnie's costume was taking a smoke break. Robert created this Paper Toy to share the irony of what he saw with everyone.
