The Loyal Subjects are proud to announce the the 2nd release of Sam Flores 'Large Format' KID DRAGON... and what a MASSIVE piece this is!!!!! Originally seen HERE in the "Orange" colorway, this new "Gray" Edition Kid Dragon is a Kidrobot exclusive and is limited to just 6 pieces worldwide. Standing just under FIVE FEET TALL, the Large Format fiberglass Kid Dragon is the perfect companion piece to an already huge Flores library of work... and how sweet would that thing look next to your 10" tall vinyl art collectibles! The fiberglass piece comes in three parts allowing the collector to arrange how they see fit! Although we are not sure on what the price for this piece is, the first version of the "Orange" Kid Dragon retailed for $6,000... so expect to spend a little cash to procure one of these for your collection.
Keithing over at ToyQube always releases some of the coolest customs around, and this go around is no different... and what a diverse lil bunch of figures he is releasing this time! First up is a pair of custom 3A Tomorrow Queens! Titled "Xmas Girl" & "Xmas Girl Clone", one is in human form so it has the smooth skin surface, where the Clone version has a weathered look. Both with different tattoos on their bodies, and are 1-off figures! They can be picked up HERE!
Up next is a really great set of custom 5" Labbit's all done up in true WB fashion! He calls these the "Bugs Labbit".... for obvious reasons as Keithing draws his inspiration from that 'wascally wabbit' Bugs Bunny. Just look at the detail on this piece, and how cool is it that Keithing put other things from the cartoon and the character on this vinyl figure. Polish vinyl toys... and why not!?!?!?! Michael Nowak, a graphic designer from Poland, started this journey of making his own vinyl figure over 3 years ago... and now his once concept turned to sketch, turned to resin, turned to prototype, is now a reality! This little guy titled "Stomper" is a very stout fella, standing at just 3.4" tall, and according to Michael is set to release to the public very soon for just $20 per toy.
This odd shaped, half torso'ed humanoid figure is sure different, and I can see many different possibilities of customization on it... maybe using it in conjunction with another figure? These will hit designer toy shops around the world shortly, so keep those eyes peeled if you wanna snag one up!

Joe Ledbetter does it again! An ode to Burger and Bunny lovers everywhere! Posted up on the Super7 blog today is this really great picture above of mini LEGO versions of some of Super7's most loved characters, and according to the post, it appears that this may just become a reality. "Our good friend Toby (who works for LEGO), shared some pictures online of a little thing we've been working on. We sculpted and cast a few LEGO sized heads based on some of our vinyl toys to fit onto LEGO bodies. From left to right we have the Rose Vampire by Josh Herbolsheimer, GhostFighter by Brian Flynn x Secret Base, Super7's mascot Mummy Boy and DokuDuo by Brian Flynn." They go onto mention that this is all they can show for now... and that 2012 should be an exciting year, bunch of teases they are!!!! I really dig these little guys and how cool would a full LEGO line of figures be?!?!

Ohhhhhhh, check this out... as Bob Conge of Plaseebo has utilized Emilio Garcia's Jumping Brain platform once again to create yet another awesome custom "BRAIN RIDER"! This piece will be available from the PLASEEBO web-store HERE on Wednesday December 21st and it features a custom 1 of 1 hand paint set of the Plaseebo Skulloctopus riding the Jumping Brain. The Skulloctopus is hand cast resin and the Jumping Brain is a 5" vinyl... together the set measures 5" x 6" x 5" tall! This is a truly awesome custom piece of art... so don't sleep on pulling the trigger!
Check out this new custom Dunny that artist Ian Ziobrowski created just in time for the holidays, and it's in the same vein as most all his customs... and just check out that seriously sweet detail!!!!! This one is called "Smokin Clause" and according to Ian "In NUGGLIFE the holidays always run late. Smokin Clause highly contributes to this! Unfortunately, it looks like he forgot his reindeer and grabbed the wrong bag of presents. Oh well.... happy holidays everyone." Brian A. aka LYSOL of Deadhand Toys just announced that he is releasing a few new custom creations this holiday season... and it's right up your alley if you dig monsters :-) Brian tells us "I've had this idea floating around for a couple years now and though it was about time I went ahead with it. I wasn't sure what material but after a liter research I decided that foam would be the best choice. Obviously solid resin would be way too heavy and I wasn't crazy about the idea of roto casting them by hand." So, he went ahead and created these rad looking ornaments... monster mouth ornaments if you will and he put them up for sale this past weekend... so unfortunately they are no longer available! He created two separate colorways, a red and green version and he sold them for just $15 each... a killer deal! Hopefully he will release more in the near future for those of us who missed buying them (and posting them up, sorry dude).
