Jon Knox's "Cody" vinyl toy up for grabs!!!
That's right folks, after years of hard work, prototypes, teasers, and a ton of TLC, Jon Knox's awesome looking "Cody" has made the leap from resin to vinyl thanks to the folks over at ExtendedPlayz, a division of Bonustoyz who helped produce this rad figure! All 4 colorways (Blue, Masked, Green, Black) of this 8" figure are available to purchase right now in Jon's online store HERE, and each one comes articulated at the neck and shoulders, comes with interchangeable magnetic eyes so you can change his face whenever you like! This turned out so fantastic and after seeing them in person at NYCC this year, I must say this should be on everyone's want list! So what are you waiting for, head on over HERE now and pick a few up!

Leecifer for Stranger Factory's "Winter Salon" show
Well hot damn, we are getting all kinds of emails today of pieces that are on display for Stranger Factory's "Winter Salon" group art show, and above are the 4 pieces that Leecifer submitted. As you can see he tackled 3 pieces that were made by both Brandt and Kathie as well as his own Honoo figure... all of which feature his awesomely colorful dry-brush techniques which turn any figure into an mashed array of rainbow goodness, gotta love it!!!!

MPH x David Healey - “Mein” & “Jin Baba” resin figures
MyPlasticHeart has just announced yet another holiday release, and this time it's with NYC resin artist David Healey to release two of his most popular characters in exclusive MPH coloways. “Jin Baba” the boogeyman and the explosive “Mein” figures... and how friggen cool do these look! As you can see these 4" tall figures are cast in clear resin and are available in both the smokey Frosted Haze and Frosted Violet variations... really allowing the textures of each sculpt to shine.
I personally really dig the “Jin Baba”, something about the rippling goo covering the whole body... it looks so rad! These figures are made in very limited quantities and are available HERE right now for $39.99 each... don't sleep folks!

"The Krampus and Olaf the Naughty German Boy" custom Dunny set by Mikie Graham
Temperatures are dropping, sunset is coming early, and the first sign of snow fall has begun. Winter is officially here! In the frosty spirit of the season Mikie Graham would like to unveil his new creation. A pair of custom Dunnys named "The Krampus and Olaf the Naughty German Boy" Based on an ancient Germanic folk legend, the Krampus was a wild beast that traveled along side Saint Nicholas. While Saint Nick would hand out gifts to the good boys and girls of the tiny mountain towns, the Krampus was there too but for darker reasons, delivering brutal punishment in the form of whipping and beatings from his fresh cut switches and rusty chains. Specially wicked children would be thrown into his wicker basket and dragged off to the pits of hell for additional torment.
To this day many small towns through Austria and Hungry celebrate Krampus day on December 5th, when the young men dress up in elaborate demon costumes and drunkenly rampage through town to the delight of tourists and children alike. Crafted from an 8" and 3" pair of Dunnys, Mikie's wicked creation features real metal chains, wicker switches, and a hand sculpted basket that perfectly holds Olaf who you will notice sports his fanciest pair of brown Lederhosen! Created specially for Stranger Factory's "Winter Salon," the Krampus is currently available for sale. Check out the Winter Salon's preview list HERE for more details. If you like Mikie's Work make sure to keep up to date with the artist through twitter @zombiemonkie.

Yeah folks... the time is drawing closer to the opening of Dragatomi's “Spirits of the Mountain” solo show featuring all new works from Bigfoot including the unveiling and limited of Bigfoot’s newest designer figure “Fujisan”... and above we are giving you all an exclusive shot on 1 out of 20 hand-painted resin figures, all of which are different! I really am digging this all green version, and I am sure another toy blogger out there (*cough* Jeremy *cough*) has his sights set on this green version :-) Oh, and according to Bigfoot those who come down from the mountains to the show with BIGFOOT green leaf make-up formations around their eyes will receive a FREE POSTER and sketch from the man himself... incentive to put on make-up... I think so!!!!! I have actually seen all the hand-paints for this show already, and my goodness do they all look amazing... something to be seen in person for sure so if you are in the Sacramento area this weekend stop by! “Spirits of the Mountain” Opens on Saturday, December 10, 2011 and will continue to be on display until Saturday January 7, 2012!
