Another group of awesome customs up for grabs and on display at the SS.com booth #324 during Designer-Con... and why not?!?! This beautiful bouquet of colorful customs, painted up by Mike R. aka Eckotyper, will be on display at our booth during D-Con, and as you can see he love to paint Western Kaiju as there are a ton of Super7 pieces up for grabs, plus a few other extra goodies in there... all of which fit any sized budget! Here’s another close up look at Scott Wilkowski’s limited-edition ‘Infected’ Labbit figure for the upcoming show titled "Skin Deep" that is happening inside the Designer-Con convention hall! We showed you all the amazing Gwin he created HERE, and now he totally slayed Frank Kozik's 'Labbit' figure... I mean look at that... so awesome! Previously posted up HERE, was a look at all the pieces that Scott is bringing to the table on November 5th... and seeing as though these amazing looking resin Labbit figures are limited to just 50 pieces, and retailing for $150... they will go fast.

The Super Sucklord is making his presence known at this year's Designer-Con, where he will have his own booth #308... releasing/pawning all his goods on the unsuspecting crowd! For those of you lucky enough to be in town for Designer-Con this coming weekend, Kuso Vinyl will be dropping a pre-released, super limited run of kaNO's "OG" Dragon King vinyl figures. This Thursday evening in New York sees the launch of the 2nd Jeremyville SPROUT UP! concept, during the Pictoplasma Character and Design Festival in New York City. A double dose of Joe Ledbetter today... and why not?!?! Joe has teamed up with Julie B. once again of Pretty in Plastic to take his iconic Bunny figure into the resin world by creating these amazing 12" tall statue like figures... all of which are being hand-painted by Joe!!! So, you might think that's not too bad as there are only 5 of these... WRONG... there are only 5 in the picture above, Joe is planing on hand-painting 40 of these, all of which will be released via his webstore HERE for around $1500 each! This is the second round, and wow do they look great... and what a great opportunity to get a 1-off piece of artwork from Mr. Ledbetter... a seriously cool piece of art at that! Last time it was a bunny looking quite 'STUCK' in Joe's "Hunny Bunny" print, and now Joe Ledbetter shows us today that his bunny creations are a little undead! As part of Joe's series dubbed the "Mutant Bunny Print Series 2011", which features a series of Giclee prints, 12 to be exact, all measuring 5"x7" and will feature Joe's iconic bunny figure. This one titled "Mummy Bunny"... and how fitting seeing as Halloween was just last night... it comes signed, numbered, and watermarked for authenticity. Super7 is gearing up like the rest of us for Designer -Con and they just announced a few special releases... the "Green Hell" Rose Vampire DX ($65) and "Mossy Rocks" Burgerbuns ($65)... both of which will be up for grabs at booth #224 on Saturday, November 5th, at the Pasadena Convention Center. Oh, and every Green Hell Rose Vampire DX purchased at Designer-Con will receive an exclusive Rose Vampire mini print for the artist signing special event with Josh Herbolsheimer from 12 - 1 PM at Super7's Booth #224... don't miss out!
For the upcoming Bill Murray tribute show called “Please Post Bills” at Gallery 1988 Melrose on November 3, 2011... artist DrilOne created this tribute to Bill Murray from a dancing anamatronic Caddyshack gopher who sings and dances to Kenny Loggins song "I'm All Right". The title is called "Gophers Revenge", and in true DrilOne fashion he equipped this annoyance with a rusty chest plat, helmet, and knife... so rad! It's been some time since we have heard anything from artist Tesselate, but that only because he has been super busy crafting his brand new, original resin creation... and it's something totally different, but very cool! He created a run of one off handmade 'Sentry Turrets' (reminds me of a little Team Fortress). The first is titled "SMBT005" and is handmade in resin, wood, and other materials. This first sentry stands at just over 7.5" tall... a hefty beast! This will be available in his online shop HERE this Friday, November 4th at 6pm (UK Time) for £95... pretty rad... and I look forward to seeing more!
Alright folks... as the time draws closer and closer to this Saturday, Designer-Con... we continue to showcase some of the amazing work that will be available to purchase at our booth #324... and all that amazing custom work above by Ardabus Rubber will be available at the con! A little bit of everything for everybody... from custom Dunny's to Koibito's, O-No Sushi to a custom Steven the Bat... oh, and some mystery figures as well... these all look amazing! Ardabus will also be in attendance all day long, so you can meet the man behind all this fantastic work!
Jared Deal has teamed up with Argonaut Resins once again... and the result is something spectacular! The two joined forces to help celebrate Argonauts 3 year anniversary and this time around they bring you the Vlad "Montana" Edition... gotta love 'Scarface' references!!! They will be available for purchase in the Argonaut online store HERE on 11/11/11. Three years ago the two brought you the original Vlad resin which completely sold out. For this release Vlad is going a little more formal with an updated tuxedo and resin coffin case... and seeing as these are a limited edition, hand-made resin figure... they will sell fast, so don't sleep!
Gabe R. aka NERVISWR3K has just completed a whole new series of custom Dunny's and in true NERVISWR3K fashion... he created some awesome looking monsters! This series is titled "Synthec Probes" wave 1, there are 12 figures in the series which will come blindbagged and sold as is. These shape-shifting reptilian body snatchers from Planet Nibiru have a surprise for all that buy on as there will be a silver mini figure in one of the packages which would act like a golden ticket... meaning, if you find that figure... you win a custom Munny from Gabe... AWESOME!!!! These are dropping within the next few days, and the price is set at $100 a pop... and believe me... these are well worth it, full of detail and will have a header card with artwork by Gabe and aspiring artist Gavin Rivas, his 14 year old son!
