Custom artist robbieXeff just sent over some images of a new custom he recently created... it's a Kaws Bootleg "Frankenstein" that he is calling the Zombie edition which combines parts from various Kaws bootlegs into one awesome figure. I love the color scheme, and the weather effect looks great!

posted HERE) well the next stop will be at Taipei, Taiwan for
Taipei Toy Festival 2011 and
OuttaMyMind's Dave Quiles and Spencer Ong of
Rotobox will be at the event with a signing schedule on July 9, from 2pm - 3pm at the Art Assault's exhibit booth... oh and this show is just the precursor for what's going to hit state side next month... and all I can say is get ready!

It's not often you see customs made with paper... but German artist
cikcuk has done just that... a Mini-Munny custom made using ONLY paper! Amazing! This piece is called "
pixel face" and I love the colors and the cikcuk style is very simple but has a lot of impact and overall it's just bad ass. Check out more work from cikcuk

This low run edition of handmade 12" figures is limited to only 30 figures, is the 4th in their ongoing series and is set to go up for pre-sale on June 24th at 5am PST via their online store

So last night once I got home from a long work day, I was pleasantly surprised by the post as I had ordered a box of the new
Art Hustle Series 2 artists trading cards and they showed up!!!! The final key to the
Plastic City puzzle has finally been released and today we are getting a proper look at what
Tristan Eaton has brought to the table... and for some this may look very familiar! Back in May of 2009, Tristan released an iPhone application titled B-Bot (
see post HERE) which allowed the user to completely customize their own character from the legs to the torso, to the head and accessories... and Plastic City is bringing that to the 3D form by releasing a sweet B-Boy figure! This is going to come with
7 inter-switchable pieces so you can create your own customized figure... sweet! According to the above flyer, this is going to be available for a limited time in a '
Blank Edition' and a '
Mascot Edition'... no word on when these will drop but I really dig the idea of changeability, as it brings playability to a whole new level!
