Why is it that every time I see customs by
Leecifer I get a grin on my face... probably because I feel really sorry for him! Hahaha, I kid :-) It's really because I am completely floored by what this man can accomplish with a little bit of paint and misc odds and ends. Leecifer's latest group of customs are for the upcoming "1 Offs" show being held at
Super7 in San Francisco this Saturday, January 29th at 6pm - 9’ish! For this group show, Lee polished up a Rose Vampire, Big Sal, Mummy Gator, and Fire Robo in his rugged washed out pastel color pallet making these figures true 1-Offs, haha gotta love 'Batman' Big Sal and 'Evel Knievel' Mummy Gator... classic! Be sure to come out to the opening and check out these awesome pieces as well as many others from over 30+ artists!

Seeing as the launch for this '
Most Wanted' custom Dunny series is just around the corner, we are starting to see customs pop up from artists in the series, and today it's all about "The Quack"! Brazilian artist
Sergio Mancini just sent over some images of his submission for the series, and its a sweet little 3" Dunny who like to hide his identity with a duck-bill mask! According to Sergio "
The Quack is always trying to run ahead with things. He is an imposter and is not ashamed to do anything to be on the winning side. He is a charlatan, a phony. His only true skill is pretending to be something that he is not." It's so great to see the quality that goes into each one of these customs, and Sergio created a whopping 15 customs... 12 regulars and 3 secret variants! Whoever get on is going to be one lucky duck (
get it) hehehe :-)

Spencer & Stephen Ong of
Rotobox Vinyl Anatomica are at it again, and this time they have revisited a custom figure that they first released in 2009... and now in 2011 they completed a new
Voltron Qee for a lucky collector as a commission. Their last one they created, posted
HERE, is different in many subtle ways like the body, legs and arms are in silver now, as before they were white. This just like the majority of their custom figures is unbelievable executed, and could totally pass as a production piece! What's next from these guys is unknown, but what we do know is that is will be EPIC!

Kuso Vinyl has posted up some pictures of a new Fahrenheit figure designed by
Rotobox Vinyl Anatomica... and how cool is this Gold/Black version... LOVE IT! This figure
measures 7" tall, comes with a really great flowing gold cape, and instead of coming with guns... Fahrenheit prefers blades
(4 of them to be exact) which are kept in his blackboard accessory (
not pictured) that doubles as a communication tool for him since he is mute. This version is a production sample, which still need some color tweaking... and according to Jonathan of Kuso, the release number is still up in the air! One of the really cool things that catches my eye about this particular version is, well... the eyes! The blank white eyes really have a piercing stare giving this version some serious attitude, and then pairing that up with arguably the coolest color combo out there... this figure is WIN! Look for more details to drop on this very soon... until then... enjoy the pictures.

Things are moving right along for French artist
Stan since the
last time we posted up his rad kaiju"Kondo" figure... in fact, just posted up today was this amazing picture of the first test shot in clear black vinyl! This figure stands 7.8" tall, looks to have 5 points of articulation and is now on it's way to be manufactured in at the Obitsu’s manufacturing plant. The first figure will be in red vinyl, with paint applied. This figure is just nuts, and fits Stan's bill of character creation. I am sure if this is a success he will continue to turn his monster drawings into figures... at least one can hope :-)
