Tristan Eaton x Plastic City "B-Bot" @ SDCC

Tristan Eaton's B-BOT figure from Plastic City is looking really good, and just recently he posted up some great pictures on his blog showcasing both the first painted version as well as the DIY blank! A limited edition prototype of the B-BOT action figure will be released for the first time at this year's San Diego Comic-Con through the newly formed Plastic City Toys (A subsidiary of Super Rad Toys), with a wider release slated for Christmas 2011.

The really cool thing about this figure is the playability... the torso, head, arms, hat, will all be able to swap out with other releases... giving the buyer the ability to mix-n-match to create their own"Avatar" if you will just like you were able to do with the iPhone "B-Bot" game! The blank will drop for $50, and the mascot edition will be $60... oh and Tristan will be signing on Friday, July 22nd @ 2:00pm at the Plastic City booth #4835.
