Like mentioned before this piece is 100% custom and is an almost spot on representation of their 3" Dunny that was released in Azteca series 2! The BB sculpted them, had them cast in resin, used Swarovski Crystals for the eyes, covered them in blood, created a special sacrificial knife and included an enlarged bloody heart to go along with this piece!
