'Orange' & 'White' MEGA Skelve's

Just posted up by Kathie Olivas are these two massive MEGA SKELVE'S created by both Brandt and Kathie for some upcoming shows... and wow do they look great. It's tough to put these into perspective, seeing as there is no point of reference for you, but seeing the unpainted prototype at SDCC2010 I can tell you first hand these are large... 24" of rotocast resin goodness to be exact (click HERE for a picture). These two were created for two upcoming shows... the 'Orange' Mega Skelve is for the Yves Laroche Galerie show in Montreal on Wednesday, October 27th, and the the 'White' Mega Skelve was created for the Monstoberfest at Rothick Art Haus in Anaheim that went down on October 9th. Keep your eyes peeled as I am sure we will see more of these in the near future... this would make an awesome platform for a custom show, a boy can dream can't he :-)

Custom 'Rebel Ink' from Rsin...

Rsin continues to slay the customs and this time around he went to town on one of the coolest pieces of vinyl out there... a Rebel Ink from Usugrow. This was completed as a commission piece and Rsin says that "This is a platform I have been wanting to paint for a long time. Finaly got the chance and I think it worked out." I would have to agree with him as this platform is already awesome without any paint but Rsin took it to the next level... fantastic work man!

Project Detonate x Happy Panda Toys - Poison Sweet "OG Poison" vinyl figure... shots from the factory!

Well look what Happy Panda Toys just posted up... a nice factory shot of their very first vinyl production figure "Poison Sweet" which was created by Yosiell Lorenzo aka Project Detonate! This cool figure comes with cupcake-n-crossbones accessory, a sweet pair of wings and he stands 6" tall! This version is the "OG Poison" which is going to be the first colorway, not sure how many others will be released, but how great does this represent Yosiell's style! The pastel colors, the shape of the figure, it really feels like his 2D work popped off the canvas into this great new character.
