Bucky Lastard's "STUD" Designer Toy Prototype
Oh where, oh where has Bucky Lastard gone?!?! Nobody really knows... but he is coming back with a vengeance as he has teamed up with Steve Talkowski of Sketchbot fame to create a prototype of an original figure Bucky is calling "STUD"! The figure itself has some very familiar design elements, like the Poker/Card reference seen inn the head of this figure! Bucky made a name for himself a few years back with all of his awesome customs he created using a strong gambling reference in his designs. As you can see from the pics above STUD will be a great size, standing around 6" tall, and in comparison to the Mini-Munny and the Sketchbot figure, fits in very well!
Steve also took the steps to document the full process as he recently posted up pics on his Behance site HERE! Look for this figure to be in full production mode very soon because rumor has it, authorized bootlegger Dodgrr has been tasked with the resin replication of STUD!
Source [Steve Talkowski's Behance]
I am really excited to see this figure come to life for Bucky, as when he was at the peak of his custom game many had wondered where his own figure was, or even if he thought of making one. It's really cool that Steve Talkowski jumped on board with this as well as he just finished up the same process of model making from concept to completion with his Sketchbot figure, plus he has some skills when it comes to 3D modeling and rapid prototyping!

Jacked Rabbit vinyl figure from Robert Curet
Jacked Rabbit is the first of three character vinyl figures from artist Robert Curet's "Foofnick Universe" project. This guy has a very nostalgic look and feel to him with the classic 5-o'clock shadow, and facial features making it feel like a throwback figure... at least in my opinion :-) Jacked Rabbit has articulation at hips, shoulders and neck. and he stands 6 3/8" and comes packed in great cardboard box covered with some rad graphics. These re set to retail for only $20 and should be available for purchase at pretty much all you local or online vinyl retailers!
Info from the very great, and amazing DKE Toys. For Wholesale Inquiries about this awesome product please contact www.dketoys.com.

"Galaxxor" resin robo from Ben Spencer
Galaxxor, the monster hunting robo, is a new resin toy created by Ben Spencer of Nerd City Online that he designed and sculpted, and is set to release in the near future. The great thing about this project is that he has some HUGE names in the industry helping him out including Marty Hansen aka The Godbeast, who is doing all the resin casting for him... and Kirby from Rotofugi, who has taken the rad photos you see above of the prototype sculpt! The figure is approx. 5.5" tall, will be articulated at the shoulders, and is set to be released in hand painted editions of 5. When ready, they will be up at the official Galaxxor blog HERE, which is also the place where you can follow the process of the creation of this rad looking space robot!
