DrilOne's custom "U.S. FIM06 - Iron Maiden" Fatima for SDCC 2010

What an impressive piece of work... and as of recently what piece of work that DrilOne makes is not impressive, I mean this guy is totally killin it!!! Dril has been prepping for a few months now for SDCC, and with his latest piece, my jaw is agape! He took the once beautiful Fatima figure, originally designed by Sam Flores, and did his own beautification on it adding the DrilOne touch with rivets, rust, and warfare... shoot he even installed a red LED light underneath the skirt... amazing. This piece titled "U.S. FIM06 - Iron Maiden" will be featured and up for sale at Dragatomi's booth #3848 during SDCC next week!

Student concept blind-box design for a Trexi...

I just got wind of this thanks to Steve Brown, and I would have to agree with what he said "I don't know if Play Imaginative is actually going to use this packaging or not, but it's DOPE AS HELL! Best blind box packaging I've ever seen". This was designed by artist Victor Fong as a student project and the design behind the new packaging really lends well to the actual concept behind the Trexi figure as not only does the box spin around allowing the buyer to have some fun, mixing and matching bodies with faces, but once you open the figure... you get to do the same thing with the Trexi. Great idea, and it would be cool to see if this came to fruition or not!

"Machete" & "El Torito" customs from Avatar666

Avatar666 shares with us once again another amazing customs Tequila... and this time he used the character "Machete" for inspiration, and more specifically he based it on the character versions played by Danny Trejo which will hit movie theaters soon. This was a commission for a Mexican collector, or should I say a lucky collector :-) and wow did it turn out awesome!

Next up is a custom mini-Munny of a character based on Avatar666 own creation. He did this as a gift for a friend that has showed support over the years. This lil guy is a little wrestler named "El Torito", and just like all the work from Avatar, this looks super detailed and well put together, and how can you go wrong with Lucha?
