Hujili's Ghost Clear Blue from LeMerde x Gargamel

How sweet is this... posted up on LeMerde's site is the Hujili's Ghost "Clear Blue Edition" This figure, we first saw for the "Severed For Life" show at Thrash Out, is a mash-up of Gargamel's Hedoran Smog Monster (lower body) and Le Merde's Hujili's Ghost character (head)... which LeMerde adds from his blog that the head and body are new sculpts and the arms and legs are from the Hedoran figure. These will be up for grabs this Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Super7 in San Francisco for $95 each... if there are any left over they will be up on the Super7 webstore at a later time!

CHUBU 01 - awesome model kit robot...

One more fantastic reason to sign up for Twitter... you get little nuggets of info passed your way, and thanks to Dodgrr for posting this, I hopped right on it and had to share his sweet find with he rest of you! For a cool $300 you too can own this amazing robot that stands 10" tall and is made out of polyurethane foam-free (4-color molding). This robot is called "Chubu 01" and is designed by Kobayashi Kazushi based out of Japan. I am not quite sue if it actually transforms... which I don't think it does because it is a model kit and comes in a million separate pieces for you as the consumer to put together, either way, if I had a spare 300 bones I would totally get back into model making. Check out the other pics and info HERE!

10" custom Da Minci "Popeye" from Southerndrawl

Southerndrawl just posted up the full reveal of his newest custom for the "5 Eyed Dragon" show going down at Dragatomi next Saturday, April 10th, 2010... and WOW did it turn out great! He took a 10" Tsui Da Minci and turned him into Popeye... and like he says "after the cameras stopped acting, he never touched another can of spinach again, got the tats he wanted and started hitting the sauce." How fantastic, and what a great platform to do this custom on. No detail was left unturned as well, especially in the meticulous line work on the tattoo's, the added hat and pipe, and the crushed can in his hand, great job all around man!

Teaser of new vinyl toys from Scott Tolleson...

Scott Tolleson has just sent over a little teaser of his next toy project that he has in the works. I am not quite sure what they could be, maybe some sweet jellyfish with arms and legs, or maybe, just maybe are they member's of "Stolle's Neighborhood" (I will let you guys do the diggin on this one, hehe) who knows... what I can tell you is that these guys will come as a set, and that they are going to be produced in vinyl with a whopping 1 point of articulation, and that the first planned colorway should be available in time for SDCC. What does all of this mean... start clearing shelf space because Scott has big plans to invade your collection in 2010, and we here welcome all of it with open arms!
