"The Lurker" designer figure from Skinner...
As mentioned earlier yesterday, Skinner has a figure coming out he is calling "The Lurker" and now we have concrete proof that this is being released at Wonder-Con this weekend up in San Francisco. This is in collaboration with A Brothers Washburn of Color Ink Book fame, who are producing this figure. This figure stands 6" tall and totally represents Skinner's creepy artwork to a T! Only 20 of these figures will be available at Wonder-Con booth #1123, I am hoping it is just a limited run for the event, and that they eventually make more... no word on price yet but I am pretty sure it will be reasonable! I really love the simplicity of this figure, even though it instills fear in my heart :-) Get there early for this one, at only 20pcs it's gonna be gone really quick, guaranteed!

Toypunks Vol. 2 video teaser featuring Goto-San
Above is a really great video for the upcoming Toypunks Vol. 2 video! This teaser features a fantastic look at master painter Goto-San. This was filmed back in October 2008, but still holds amazing clout as Goto-San is still at the top of his game! Below is a little blurb describing the video:
"Sitting on a tatami mat in a small shack behind his home in suburban Tokyo, Goto-San has been painting Japanese Vinyl toys for over 60 years. In this time, his hands have painted over a million toys. Toypunks Vol. 2 (#TPV2) will feature Mike Giant, Usugrow, Pushead, Takeshi (TAKESHIT) from Cocobat, Hiddy from Secret Base, Endo from Devillock, Mike Sutfin, Obitsu, Dream Rockets, Death Climax, and more."After watching this, I have a craving for more, and I am sure you all feel the same way... hopefully we will be getting word on when the second edition will release, needless to say it is going to rock! Oh... and you can follow ToyPunks on Twitter for updates, that's how I found this :-)
