"Sick Doll" Prototype from Squidnik

Happy Panda Toys just passed over an awesome picture of a figure that they are producing, and above is a picture of the "Sick Doll" unpainted prototype by Squidnik. This rad figure has been in good hands... great hands actually, because Dave Cortes of Inu Art is handling the sculpting. They are hoping to have the first edition out by the end of the second quarter... not to mention the various color ways!!! Stay tuned for pictures of the paint masters once they are completed and approved. This in all aspects is rockin, and I am super happy for Squidnik and Happy Panda Toys, and I look forward to seeing some paint on these!

Battle Series & new prints from Travis Cain and Mimic from the Poster Cause Project

The Poster Cause Project is staying super busy... and they are trying something new and unique called the Battle Series. This is set to launch on April 15th where there will be 4 prints (2 artists collab on each print) with Sket One, Jesse Hernandez, Eboy, Jon Burgerman, Angry WOebots, Pixel Pancho, Dalek and Scribe, and all the profits will go to Children's Cancer Research Fund... awesome... but that's not all this new and upcoming site is doing...

Launched just recently (midnight tonight 2/09/10) are the two prints above from Mimic (left) and Travis Cain (right)... and these two prints are for sale right now. As an added bonus Mimic's print has the option to purchase for $40, and you get his Dunny from the UK series thrown in. All of the proceeds for the sale of both print go to their respective charity... what a cool thing these artists are doing!

2000 A.D. and 3A First Figure teaser pic's

Months back Ashley Woods and the creators of 2000 AD announced a collaboration for a new line of Figures based off the popular comics. Last night saw the first teaser photo of Tharg the Mighty. Figures will be 1:6 scale with all the attention to detail that 3A is known for but with the classic design style that has made 2000 A.D. a fan favorite for generations. Ashley Wood grew up reading these comics and the love clearly shows through in the design. No word yet on when they will be released or the pricing, but this will be revealed soon!

UglyDoll "Action Figures" Series 2... coming soon!!

About a week ago David Horvath posted up some pictures on the Uglydolls' Facebook page of the awesome new UGLYDOLL "Action Figures" Series 2. These so happen to be almost ready for store release... infact look for them this coming March, and to note that a box of 12 will include the whole set, awesome for us completionests out there! The whole set includes: Unglyworm, Poe, Big Toe, Trunko, Peaco, Uglyworm and the new Uglydog, which they all look great... all coming in different colorways!

Urban Criminal Billy from Jure Gavran

We have seen this reported before, and actually did a review of the OG colorway HERE and now Jure Gavran's "Criminal Billy" is finally going to be available for purchase this month. This colorway first debuted at NYCC and now Criminal Billy is out on parole and he’s in the mood to blame u. He’ll be available for purchase in February at collectible shops and online stores, and this figure is a limited run of 250 pcs. and will retail for around $90. Billy stands 8" tall and includes a GID Blamee, collar and leash for the Blamee and gun and bandana. Awesome design and concept... I can never get enough Lost!!! TeeFury is an awesome website that sells T-shirts for $9 a pop...the only catch is that it is only on sale for 24hours and then the next T-shirt is posted up! I have seen awesome shirts by some amazing artists on here and the total purchase price is $11. So that is $9 for the Tee and $2 for the shipping...that is an awesome deal that can't be beat!
