Playing Art Minis from Le Lab Toys...

Le Lab is pleased to present you the 1st series of Playing Art Mini's. This beautiful design stands a little over 3" tall and is moving into the injection molding stage of its conception! The larger version of this figure was what he was adapted from... and this mini figure line is still going to have most of the articulation that you have grown to love from the larger counterparts... including the awesome ball jointed head! The first line of figures consists of 10 designs + 1 chase, and will be available for pre-order very soon, so stay tuned!

*Update* "Ollie" the Cyclops Monster from LASH

Rich Montanari Jr. aka LASH of Mutant Vinyl Hardcore has just posted up a final picture of his amazing "Ollie" figure which is going to stand at over a foot of mutated vinyl hardcore!!!! LASH says that "After I took my last set of photos I saw a few areas that needed to be addressed. I feel 100% that this is it, all that's needed now is a few more coats of surfacer. I will be taking some studio shots soon, until then I leave you with the updated Cyclops Monster that is Ollie!" This piece turned out so great and I really look forward to following its progress as it goes into production. The fact that it is so large makes it all the more desirable, and like I said berfore... you can't go wrong with a giant cyclops, you just can't!

*ON SITE* Droplets Series 2 release party

Gavin Strange aka Jam Factory in collaboration with Crazy Label had the official launch party of the "DROPLETS Series 2" yesterday, February 6th 2010, at Bristol's Fifty Fifty Gallery... and as you can see from the above pictures thanks to Doc18 and Rick Nunn for the great shots... you can see that it was a great event! The turnout was awesome, the atmosphere was electric and the place was most definitely standing room only... what a great launch! The really cool part about this show/release was the group custom show featuring some of today's most talented customizers... and as you can see from the montage above (thanks again Doc18) there were a ton of amazing customs!!!!

Gavin was on hand to enjoy the festivities and he also had the opportunity to snap a few shots with his giant droplet... how cool is that thing, and what a perfect piece for a launch party. Look for the droplets to be launching in stores very soon, and also for the customs to be up online for purchase in the near future, congrats on the great customs and the fantastic show all!

Who says lightsabers can't be GREEN..."Eco Warrior" by RubyRed on TeeFury

What a great design... Star Wars geeks unite!!!! TeeFury is an awesome website that sells T-shirts for $9 a pop...the only catch is that it is only on sale for 24hours and then the next T-shirt is posted up! I have seen awesome shirts by some amazing artists on here and the total purchase price is $11. So that is $9 for the Tee and $2 for the shipping...that is an awesome deal that can't be beat! I will try and post the shirts up daily, or you can go visit the site yourself!

Money does go back to the artist and after today, this t-shirt will be Gone FOREVER! Today artist earns $1 for every tee sold. So make sure you get over there if yer diggin the design!
