Custom 'Dead Che' bust by DrilOne...

There are some platforms that really take on a life of their own once customized by certain artists... this is exactly what happened when DrilOne got ahold of Frank Kozik's 'Dead Che' bust as he turned this large sculptural piece of vinyl into a stand alone custom art piece... and in a way that Drill does so well, rustin-and-rivetin it up! Dril completed this as a commission piece and initially he says that he didn't realize how much fun it was going to be, as he ended up really diving into the life of this Argentine Marxist revolutionary as he began to watch documentaries on CHE. I love the amount of detail put into this piece, as it has so much depth... even the added Cuban flag on the hat as CHE was known to be a major figure of the Cuban Revolution!
