The detailed insanity of UK based artist MUDWIG aka
Daniel K. Sparkes was recently brought to my attention, and I've become a fan. His work is intricate and sometimes grotesque, but thought provoking and a little weird at the same time... which I love! He primarily works in mixed medias, often using found images and re-working them into something abnormal and just plain awesome.
Mudwig has an impressive
portfolio on his
personal website, but what really caught my attention was
www.dasmudwig.com, an interactive website where you can get up close with his artwork and check out all the little detail that overflows from them.
