Coarse Toys "False Friends in Pain" limited edition resin release via Rotofugi

So Rotofugi had a huge art show opening last weekend for the guys over at Coarse Toys, and now all things are being revealed and posted up on their site, and wow is there some amazing stuff. One thing that really caught my eye is the use of resin now for their pieces, case in point, "False Friends in Pain"! This set of figures is hand-crafted and hand painted coarse original and is limited to 88 pieces. The unique set contains a bleeding noop and his broken friend, paw!

The two hurt 13" resin figures are packed apart in individual wooden screen-printed boxes (standing and fallen), both are safely packed in sponge. Figures come with a set of autumn alphabet leaves (c-o-a-r-s-e) and a blood puddle. The sets are signed and numbered. Rotofugi will have 44 of this 88 piece set available through their store, and the other 44 Coarse will be selling via their online store on Wednesday, July 21, 10am Hong Kong Time. These are retailing for $660 and will be up for grabs HERE on Monday, July 19th, 2010 at 6PM CST!
