MYBU for the voyer toy collector...
The MYBU Perfect Match Series is about couples. Every couple has their own history, memories and personality - their very own MYBU. Celebrate the moments that brought you together and the boy-meets-girl story that's just waiting to be told with MYBU. Because you wouldn't be you without your Bu. The MYBU figure is high on detail from the lacy lingerie to a secret tattoo they have hidden underneath their clothes. Figures come in a windowed box, stand 3 inches tall and features removable clothing and accessories - meaning the more figures you collect, the more designs you can create using their interchangeable clothing.
The line features 5 different style - BabyBu, AstroBu, DebonairBu, IceCreamBu and TrendyBu in male and female for a total of 10 figures in a complete set. Each figure comes in his/her own box, stands 3inches tall, features removable clothing and accessories. These are going to retail for $10 each, and can be found at most all vinyl retailers!

Kung-Fu print by Emily Shur
Young and old collectors easily recall his unforgettable Kill Bill performance, however his career is filled with memorable roles reaching back to the 60's. 2009 will likely be remembered as the year of loss which is what makes the release of this David Carradine portrait by Emily Shur all the more poignant. This stunning print is brought to you by Hideout Gallery!
This striking image was captured during a shoot for Entertainment Weekly in 2004. It is the photographer's preferred image from the shoot; an unpublished photograph. The shoot took place in Carradine's home in Tarzana, California.

Dok A's custom munny for "MUNNYWORLD"
Coming this November, Kidrobot will host MUNNYWORLD, a giant gallery show in New York City featuring the work of over fifty artists. Here’s a sneak peak of one of the exhibits contributed by none other than steam punker, Doktor A, so sick and this character is based off of Dok's long running "Rupture" design!

Optimus Meets Primate from Infectious
The Infectious team has teamed up with one of their friends at Mozilla and challenged their community of artists to create artwork around the themes of people and robots and technology making our lives better. They were deluged with hundreds of outstanding submissions, but these were the designs that tripped circuits and blew fuses.
The three laws of Robotics (according to the Infectious community) seem to be:
1) Robots must converse with children in binary code in the post-apocalyptic playgrounds of the future.
2) In the next millennium robots will become nannies to human infants. Their duties will include basic biology lessons and protection from the elements.
3) Each metropolis shall be assigned a Firefoxzilla that will protect the city from evil invaders.
Congratulations to their 1st place winner Hammo who takes home a cool $1000 with his design Playtime. Respect to their second place runner-up Tomek Karelus and his Autumn to Come artwork - who is now the proud owner of a Roomba, and also to our other runner-up Robert Podgórski and his pixelated Firefoxzilla Protecting the City.
