Scott Tolleson • San Diego Comic Con 2009

Scott Tolleson was in attendance at this years San Diego Comic Con and he had some great new products on hand to show off like the Big Rollin' Rascal B/W SDCC Exclusive, which sold out!!! We also had the chance to chat with Scott about his involvement with Klim of Bigshot Toyworks and the transition that he took his OG resin Doc Von Block figure into the world of wood! Scott also let us in on some news about designing the new logo/figure for what used to be Vinyl Toy Network and is now becoming Designer Con (Keep in mind, the logo up right now is just a placeholder)! Check out the above video as well as the pictures from the Con! It was really great to meet Scott in person, his art is rad, and he has some really great products out now!

Updating the current collaboration between Dark Horse and TOY2R - the release of DOMO Qees across the globe continues - you can now find exclusive versions at TARGET in the newly developed vinyl figure section - located in the Toy Area.

These new DOMO Qees come in Classic Brown, Yellow, Clear Blue and a couple of other versions sure to keep collectors happy. Single blister carded versions are available as well as a double blisters featuring one visible Domo Qee and one blind boxed mystery version.

Currently these editions can be found in select TARGET stores located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, North Carolina, Nebraska, Tennesse, Texas, Virgina and Wisconsin. Check out your local Super Target as chances are they will be the featured location.

More to come as domination continues to grow!!

So... what are your thoughts on Target getting into this market? I think companies like TOY2R and now Tokidoki have found their niche, this is their market way more mainstream, and I know I am gonna hear it from you guys, but Kidrobot is right there with them, even though the limited exclusives are there, they will soon be carried in these big stores as well... time will tell though!
