King Of The Forest fianl painted sculpt and upcoming solo show for WKY!

As I posted HERE earlier, this is the painted figure by Justin aka WKY, aka We Kill You! HA, well now seeing as all of these figures sold out freakishly fast, he has set his sites on other things like landing his first solo We Kill You show in Toronto at the end of April, and like he said "It's about time"! This show is going to showcase what he does best art, toys, and even furniture, so keep your eyes peeled for a post once I get some info!

BoOoya Ghosts by MAD

Well...not much info on this yet, but I can only assume that this is going to be another mini-figure series based on MAD's characters that he first debuted at his first solo show titled "LOST MARBLES". It was held at Rotofugi Designer Toy Store & Gallery in Chicago. The B&W images surrounding the promo shot are sketches that were framed and sold at such said show!

Above is what I threw together, along with help from MAD's Flickr, and I am not sure if all of these characters are going to be represented in the upcoming series...but I sure hope they do! Kidrobot has done really good work with MAD in the past, so hopefully they can continue this for these awesome BoOoya Ghosts!

Marshall Mashumaro - Your friendly marshmallow

Marshall Series 1 is a new art toy project produced by a collaboration between Chicago-based product development specialists Squibbles Ink, designer toy store Rotofugi and Michigan-based artists 64 Colors.

Marshall burst onto the scene in January 2008 when a relatively unknown design team from a small town in Michigan released a letter-pressed print of their new character, an infectiously happy little marshmallow boy who just happened to enjoy roasting marshmallows himself. The Marshall shown on the print was equal parts cute and sadistic, one of our favorite combinations. From the first time we saw Marshall we knew that 64 Colors’ partners, Laura and Eric, had hit on something fantastic.

Marshall Series 1 figures stand approximately 3.5 inches (about 9cm) tall and are made of rotocast vinyl. The series will feature 19 different Marshall designs (including the 3 secret chases!). Posted above are the "OG" version, the "Plush" version and the "Injured" version of this great looking figure. These will be blind box, and there is not a set release date yet, or a price point, but once I find out I will let you know...how awesome is this figure!
