Alimaña Toys • New from Mexico

If you haven't heard of ALIMAÑA, it's a collective of artists in Mexico dedicated to the design, development, and production of vinyl toys, and Gunnzo in San Diego is proud to be the first store in the US to offer them. First off are SPORE TROOPERS. If you're the kind who likes planet destroying sci-fi robots from the 1950s, these guys are definitely for you. Standing at a mighty 8" the figure has 4 points of articulation as well as a removable clear dome and brain.

There are four versions available: Spore Trooper (Green), Spore Trooper Kaiser (Black), Atomic Spore Trooper (Glow in the Dark), and Spore Trooper Commander (Red). With the exception of the Atomic Spore Trooper, Gunnzo's offering both shaded and unshaded versions. Each style is a Limited Edition of 400 and come housed in a box covered with stunning full color art. As a special bonus, all figures are also signed and dated by the artist. It doesn't end there. The infection has been extended with BACTERIA! Standing at 5", Bacteria is ALIMAÑA's premier Mexican Kaiju vinyl. Following tradition, each figure is packaged in a clear bag with a header card. You can get them in green, red, or orange vinyl. Like the Spore Trooper, there are shaded and unshaded versions in different colored sprays. These are going to retail for $25.00 each!
