Congratulations to Phillip Danner who wins first prize in the City Series contest with Weathered Wall which was inspired by the collages of paint, wheat paste and graffiti that coat the walls of his neighborhood in New York.

Kudos as well to our runners up. Mike Klay creatively interpreted his love of San Francisco into a dramatic silhouette of the Golden Gate bridge in SFO and Sven Palmowski illustrated his favorite parts of his hometown in Barcelona.

We're also proud to announce the launch of Joseph Warren's art into the catalog. His winning Open Submissions design Tokyo Butterfly was what inspired us to host this contest in the first place. We love how he uses maps in his art, so that the streets become a representation of the pumping veins inside the butterflies wings.
