WACK + BLITE from NiceBunny

Ran across this designer on the web and love his work. NiceBunny seems to be known for his paper craft work, and is now turning his sites on converting his paper designs into vinyl... and they are looking great!

The first set of vinyl is a creation known as "The Tribalnots" (text taken from his blog.)

The Tribalnots are wild, fanged and clawed jungle dwellers from the land of Wammbodia. The White Tribalnots and the Black Tribalnots are just inverted versions of each other – they’re just too busy hating each other to notice. As a general rule, Tribalnots are vegetarians but once a month, they’re overcome by a primal bloodlust and major fights occur between the two tribes. The rest of the time, Tribalnots are quite peaceful, spending their time half stoned on Wammberries, enjoying climbing, swinging and poetry… oddly enough.
His paper craft toys he based the vinyl from.

WACK:
The King of the White Tribalnots is kind to a fault, tireless in his altruism and driven to defend his fellow Nots with a manic psychosis. Simply, Wack is the nicest Not you’ll ever meet and loves to spend his time cooking, especially baking or riding the Eternal Wave out on Lake Kakatittienottie.

His passion for Wammberries is legendary and has led to his nickname “The stoned King," which might be part of the reason he’s just so nice…

BLITE:
The King of the Black Tribalnots is loud, obnoxious, foul mouthed, egomanical and tough enough to back it up. Blite loves hunting, especially big game like the Straight Horned Sneerbeast, fishing for goldfinned Plinnies, and is a raving lunatic for playing Zootball. He loves chocolate gluttoncake and hot tea, and of course, his two daughters.

New Figure by Charlie Mewshaw

This guy looks great, and reminds me of a cross between
Invader Zim & Spaceman Spiff! This is Charlie Mewshaw's latest
creation(famous for his SaucerNauts). I am really looking forward
to seeing more progress shots on this bad boy...great work!

the upcoming show. ENJOY!

When you look at Marc Tule’s body of work, there are many
common characteristics throughout his photographs that
make them unique. It starts with a beautiful composition
and a visually stimulating subject, and is completed by Marc’s
precision lighting and his relentless attention to detail. There is
a high level of execution in all of Tule’s photography, and his
newest exhibition is no exception. Join us at Subtext for
Latency, the first solo show for Marc Tule in nearly a decade.
In this stunning series, Marc explores the in between moments;
the relationship between peace and chaos, stillness and motion.
